I was at ease...
I had the blessing of having a one-on-one session with Audra one year ago. I was stressed, not wanting to "do it wrong." I was at ease almost right away simply by Audra's calm, affirming, loving instruction and input. There was no stress to be able to perform "well." Well-meant what was beneficial for me in the moment. She also did not "coddle," knowing that the release of stress and negative energy and tightness was important. So, we lovingly stayed in the position and released into it until I could sense release. All this with no pressure however. We worked with where my body was, adding blocks or rolled mat, or cushions as necessary to support my body. "Support" I think is a great one-word descriptor for Audra as a person and as an instructor. I felt supported and she led me to support myself. (And I'm having a bit of a moment here as I write this out as it occurs to me. It might be time for another session, Audra.)
Audra is a very gentle teacher
Audra is a very gentle teacher, she has a soft voice that makes you flow in and out the pose without stress. She is very acknowledged and likes to share it. She is always prepared an very professional.
I truly enjoyed Audra's class!
I really enjoyed Audra's class. Audra's easy going and gentle personality really comes through in her class. She is informed and knowledgeable but the class flows smoothly and gently along at a peaceful pace that still allows you to challenge yourself where able and take it easy when needed. Her instruction is gentle and allows the mind to rest and is peppered by her quirky sense of humor. I wish I lived closer to I could part take in her classes regularly.
She truly helps "move" me to a wonderful place
Being a woman that should be so much more of a yogi with my daughter, daughter-in-law, and Audra, my niece, all yoga teachers, I just haven’t connected as often as I could. But the occasional classes I’ve taken with Audra (glad we live in the same town, province) have always given me the liberty to go at my own pace. Her connection to my abilities allows me to stretch a little longer; breathe a little deeper; and reach a bit higher.

Wonderful and patient
Audra is a wonderful and patient yoga instructor. She has a soothing voice and gentle touch. She encourages you to get a bit out of your comfort zone while still respecting your own body's strengths and limitations. Her passion for teaching and the benefits of yoga are evident. I look forward to our next session together
Today was an exceptional class... vibrant energy combined with a sense of calmness, new life brewing in a girls belly “pregnant " and your inspirational words which gently guided us to a place of introspection...Savasana felt like a Transcendental Meditation !!Not surprised this gentleman felt that way. Well Done Audra
Each class is different and special
I took Audra's class once a week in the winter of 2018. Despite having a busy schedule, this one-hour class was worth the time. It left me refreshed and relaxed, a feeling which carried over into my next days at work. Regular yoga classes help keep me focused and relaxed and able to deal with the stresses of everyday life as a busy working physician and mother of 3.
Audra does excellent cueing and explaining of each movement, along with variations. She makes each class different and special. For those who want, she offers a daily meditation or inspiration as well.
Compassionate and Insightful
Audra's gentle yoga class is taught in a compassionate and insightful way.
To be in her class, allows one to anchor down for 60mins and breathe.
Audra is open to feedback and adjusts her teaching accordingly.
Her classes are well worth a try.
