Audra gives classes in various styles including Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, Yin/Yang, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. Incorporating yogic philosophy, imagery, pranayama (breath work) and movement. Audra is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher. She has been inspired by many wonderful teachers including Seane Corne, Anna T Forrest, Helen Couvrette and Rachel brathen. Audra has been teaching yoga since 2012. Her background in yoga started in 2012 when she decided that it was time to learn and adapt stress management tools to her daily life in order to cope better with life's ups and downs. Yoga has proven to be beneficial to her in many more ways than she anticipated. It has improved her flexibility, self image, self confidence, as well as taught her how to eat, live, think and breathe a well balanced, harmonious lifestyle. She then went on get certified to teach children and teenagers as well as elderly people. Both Balanced living and Yoga are a major part of Audra's life and she loves to share her passion for both in a loving and caring way with her students to help them on their personal journey of discovery. Mother of 4 kids, wife, yoga instructor, all levels painting teacher, student. Audra's philosophy is simply to be the best that you can be at any given moment, whether that be on the mat or off. She gently encourages her students to explore their limits to achieve strength and balance, to become centered and grounded.
